Fame Friday

"Shouldn't there be safeguards against the majority voting on the rights of a minority? If people voted on civil rights in the 60s, it would have never happened. It took somebody like Lyndon Johnson going, 'F all of you! I'm going to do this.' Obama won't do it. He's a huge disappointment to me." -GLEE star Jane Lynch

  2. Obama could sign an executive order and end DADT tomorrow.

(Sorry I don't take the current DADT legislative debate seriously, and I doubt anything will come of it.)

  3. Don't you all feel silly now? If there's one thing the GLBT community needs to learn (a lot of you, anyway) is patience. Nothing happens overnight. Ugh.
