Upcoming Conference: How Diversity Management Drives Employee Engagement

On November 8-9, 2010, DiversityInc will hold a two day conference in Washington, D.C. covering a range of employee-engagement topics, focusing specifically on how organizational behavior affects different groups and personality types. They will break several times during the day to have small-group professionally-facilitated discussions, which will explore how diversity-management best practices can be used to increase engagement across race/ethnicity/gender/orientation/disability/age/religion.
